How to make a centred square hole?

I am trying to make a square case and im not sure how to make a centred square hole?

I think i need to add a square on top but i can only snap it to corners. Is there a way to make it mabye using sketches?

Hi,

Try:

1. Project > Offset

2. Project > create square > constrain midpoints
