How to lock down drawing border to the sheet

Is their a feature I am missing?  Can't find any function that allows me to lock the drawing sheet border from being moved by anyone who opens the template?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @nsimpson2UHEK 

There's no way to lock it, BUT, if it is accidentally dragged out of position, you can always delete it then add it back in, as shown in the animation below.

Thank you for the feedback, much appreciated.  Disappointing to hear their is not an option for locking down the border or the title block.
