Here's how to stay informed, how outages impact the behavior of Fusion, and how to know if you're experiencing a service issue.
Check out the online health Dashboard to verify if Fusion has an issue.
We update this dashboard with the latest information when an unexpected issue has been detected.
Select the Health Subscription button on the Autodesk Health website and toggle on automatic notifications for services that you depend on. After doing this, we will email you notifications when a problem occurs. Note that you need to log into the Health Dashboard in order to take advantage of Health Subscriptions.
While it may be nice to be told what service is down (email and within the product), sometimes you may want to know more about the issue and when we can expect it to be resolved. For this information check at the top of this Support Board in the Fusion Community. We often post a sticky in the forum when there is a more widespread service issue. We tend to be a bit more informative in the forum about the nature of the issue and the expected resolution. Stay informed by looking for these. Once an issue is resolved, we will "unstick" the post.
Fusion is a cloud based application. If there is a service issue severe enough to impact core workflows, Fusion will automatically go into offline mode. Once the issue is resolved, Fusion will reconnect. Learn more about these capabilities in the below link.
Error messages can be frustrating and confusing. Although we are working hard to improve our error messages, sometimes we don't get it right. For example, you might get an error message like this:
The issue here may be that your Daylight Savings Time is inaccurately set, or there is an issue accepting the security certificate of a website. See the below link for the solution if you think this might be the issue.
Below is a solid collection of possible solutions if you're having connections issues:
Before you post in the forum about connectivity issues, please include the diagnostic log files (all of them) mentioned in the below link.
I hope that helps!

Hi. Thanks for that info. Yesterday, though, the cloud service for Fusion 360 was down for over an hour, where nothing really worked. The health check web site said everything was operational during the whole time and Fusion itself, did nor report any issues and said I was online. Nothing really moved up to the cloud, though. Just FYI
The cloud is STILL down. I can't access Fusion at all. Looks like this has been a problem all day! Is anyone even working on it !?!
Hi @speedfreakgarage - we're getting close to being able to take Fusion back online. This outage started around 4:30pm PT, so perhaps there is something else also going on with your install?
Looking at the below posts its clear to see that we can not trust the health page so is fusion 360 working now (18/4/2019) as everytime i open 360 it says im offline and fusion is having maintance. is this true?
Thanks
What is the difference between a service that is "down" and one that is not working?
Fusion's online services are now all green but the search is not working. Wouldn't that mean that at least some of the services should show at least a "degraded" status?
My Fusion360 application is reporting an outage that is affecting all workflows, but the dashboard says there are no outages. What's the most reliable way to get updates on downtime?
Please, update your dashboard to reflect the reality:
Library.io is down:
But it's not reflected here:
I suspect other Fusion 360 to be down, talking to the support we cannot solve the problem with my project updates not uploading:
Thanks.
Y'all need to move away from forced cloud services and return local processing features to Fusion. I shouldn't lose a bulk of Fusion's capabilities when y'all are having yet another bad day in the server room. Please, return local processing for simulations and other features.
I got the same notification. Still doesn't work and status page is saying everything great. Thanks for a wasted day Autodesk!
Trust me, the devs don't care about working on bug fixes and reliability
They work harder on trying to screw every dime out of users than they do making their software stable and efficient
Autodesk health page was designed by the same people who designed Fusion(360), don't expect it to work.
Hello!
What can I do if all my cloud fusion files have been transferred to the wrong group that I don't have access to?
