How to get Arrange feature (in Manufacturing) to keep doors in place?

I'm laying out panels with doors in Fusion360 and the Arrange feature is nice, EXCEPT it keeps splitting out the doors as separate items, and that means someone has to spend time exporting the layout in a DXF and using a separate program to fix the layout.

If the panels were going to be CNC'd then sure, but I'm using a laser to cut the doors out in-place in expensive acrylic.

There's probably not anything that can be done, but it doesn't hurt to ask when there's a chance of saving a lot of time.

Thanks,

Hi,

You don't have to correct anything if you organize the parts with their typical kerfs.

Thank you for taking the time to reply.   Could you perhaps elaborate on that?  The arrange feature doesn't have a kerf setting as far as I know.

Attached is a typical result.  I've got to spend 20 minutes moving the doors back before I can cut out this prototype on the laser 😞

The Forum users could use your model to try and fix your issue.  I personally am not clear on what you mean by "splitting out"?  Maybe the model will help explain your issue.
