How to fill complex 3d sketch?

I have this 3d sketch which I would like to fill. I tried using Loft on the surrounding bodies but it creates nonsense curves. Is there a tool to 'fill' a 3d sketch?Screenshot 2025-01-10 103002.png

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

I would use planar Surface patches and then Stitch.

Also it looks like you might be able to make use of symmetry pattern(s) to simplify.

I heard about this solution in other posts but can't find the patch tool.

I found several anomalies in your technique which means that we will have to start over from scratch, step by step.

Are you OK with that?

When you have symmetry in a design you should always make use of the symmetry about the Origin.

All of your sketches should be fully defined (see lock symbol on Sketch4 and 12.  Blue lines should keep you awake at night.  (I couldn't sleep all night thinking about how to solve these issues.)  Because your sketches are not fully defined you have crooked lines in your geometry that I don't think you intended.

Only 3 simple sketches are needed for this design (actually only 2, but a 3rd sketch (my Sketch2) will make it easier to edit).

Back in a bit with my revised technique and instructions.

Do you have a reference link to something similar to what you are attempting to model?

Thank you for the advice. I have redone the entire model using more mirroring and more defined lines. I also eliminated the issue of 'filling' edges by lofting faces instead. I was able to complete it using three simple sketches. If you're interested in the object, it's a Subspace Tripmine from Roblox, sized to real life.Screenshot 2025-01-13 220526.png
