How to delete unwanted files - stand alone F360

Silly question here.  I have Fusion 360 on my pc, works great.  But using my normal Windows / File Explorer, I cannot get to the Fusion 360.  I want to delete unwanted files.

All help appreciated.

1. Enter your Datapanel 

2. select the design

3. rightclick > DELETE

Why on earth if Fusion 360 is running correctly do you want to delete local files?  I guess that is your business so to answer your question: Most of Fusion 360 is installed under your user account in Hidden folders.  You must make them visible to see these files.  In Windows Explorer go to Folder Options and select the indicated Radio Button.
