In Fusion 360 top line: File -> Export -> Filetype STL

you can also use "Save as Mesh" on the right click context menu on a component or body in the browser:
and choosing STL as the format output type:
The advantage of this method is that the conversion happens on your computer, and does not rely on the cloud translators, which can take some time, and also specify the units to use for the STL file
I believe you will have to work on this file a bit before you can Export it as a STL file. When you open the file you attached, you will see that the file contains a number of mesh bodies most of which have an error stating "Mesh is not closed". Once you have fixed the error you can export each body as a STL or you can try and Combine them first. The screen capture only shows a small number of existing mesh bodies.
