How to convert a complex shell into a thickened shape

I am trying to turn a complex shell to a thickness of 5 mm. I have tried the thicken tool but that didnt work. I also tried making it a solid body to use the shell command but that didnt work either. Please help me!

Does Ctrl b (CMD b on Mac) return any errors?

yes, there are 10 warnings mostly of them regarding construction planes. it says that the model uses caches geometry to solve. I have linked the file in my main message and i think that it would be easier if you checked it out. Thanks...

I recommend starting over from scratch and STOP at the first signal of any issue, resolve the issue or ask questions.

I would not use any Moves in this design.

I would not have any white dots in my sketches and I would strive to more fully dimension my sketches.
