how to connect two objects to make new face so I can extrude it and connect them physically

hey guys I want to create sketch connecting this 2 objects so than I can extrude it and connect them.
how to make it? cause when I make sketch i can select just one object(edge) which I will be  able to connect my sketch line to (I would like to use curved edge of both object as edge of sketche )

Hi,
1. Project  (P) the existing contours in a new sketch
2. create a  new contour (spline .... ) around the tubes using the projection
3. Extrude the new profile
