How to center a pipe and cut out where it intersects?

Hello, 

I am trying to center this pipe on the  bowl and then cut out the part of the bowl that is in between the bowl and the pipe. I highlighted it in the picture. How do I do this?

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Why not create the pie in the desired location?

Expediently you could construct an Axis ( through a proxy cylinder Body) and align to that.
