I recently did the exam for ”certified expert in generative design for manufacturing” and its cool but Its nothing I use for work so paying for it just to experiment feels wrong, since it seems to be very expensive in cloud credits. Same thing with nesting. It would be awesome to use from time to time but I need to pay with cloud credits and its 25usd / day..
I guess it’s a good thing? If Autodesk would have fused these tools in the fusion license it would have been more expensive but the whole reason I purchased a fusion license was that it was a big collection of tools.. didn’t get that the fusion of tools are splitting up in to extensions 😢
I wish there was a option to pay less, just when experimenting, testing and learning. Like 1 credit per study or something like that.
