How do I set Fusion360 not to do updates in the background while it is running?

I am using Fusion360 in a school class, and sometimes when I am using Fusion360, it updates in the background and forces me to restart, which interferes with the class. Please let me know if there is a setting to prevent this kind of update from happening while using Fusion360. Thank you in advance.

@kz_furuta The restart is certainly not a forced restart. You can continue your session and on the next restart we will do the update. Hope that helps!

I am kz_furuta. I apologize for not explaining myself a little better, but I would like to know the settings that would allow me to update while using Fusion360, but preferably not to automatically update for a certain period of time.
