I have the same situation as in here:

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/how-do-i-make-a-track-belt/td-p/8033385

I did as    suggested in the answer and it worked. However I can't figure it out the next step - make the tracks move. I've tried everything with joints and links; is there a "move on path" as there is a "pattern on path" and I couldn't find it?

You may want to take a look at this YouTube video to get an idea.  This is a very complex process and yours will be even more complex.  The video uses a Motion Studio to drive their animation and you will find it is rather cumbersome and lacks a lot of control.

OMG, the universe will end sooner that me doing those tracks to rotate with Fusion 360.

I am so disappointed as I invested a lot of time to learn Fusion; and I could've chosen Solidworks, Sketchup, Blender - all of which it seems that can do what I want. Now I have to pick one of them and start learning again.
