Have you attempted this in the Animation Workspace?

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

I want to make an animation of my model and send it to my customr, so that customer in this animation can control view cube and hide/unhide parts of model. is it possible?
