If this is the "Isolate" you are referring to, it already has a keyboard hot key.

Thank you for answer but i dont have that hotkey. I have education licence maybe its the difference
The education license should not make a difference, I don't have that shortcut defined either and I'm on the commercial license.
More importantly though, that command only makes sense for a selected component so if you still have to click on it to select it first you can just as well right click on it and then click again to activate the command.
At best the "Unisolate all" command would warant a keyboard shortcut.
