Why don't we get an option do change/assign shortcuts from preferences like in older versions?
I find it very limiting to need to find them in the menu and then assign the short cut.
For example I want to use middle mouse button to pan and then shift+p to move the camera but can't find a way to change this.

Hi @Anonymous ,

To modify your mouse controls easily, you may use the quick setup dialog from the help menu (question mark icon) on the top right corner in Fusion 360.

From that menu I can pick pre made setting (like solid works style) but still don't see how to make my own (ie. set orbit to middle mouse button and pan to "shift + P")

With the Solidworks style, the Orbit works with the middle mouse button. To assign shift+p to pan you may create an API or use existing ones from the Fusion App Store. Check out the AnyShortcut App .

Thank you so much! 😄
A combination of your tips worked!
I set quick setup and navigation view to solid works and used the shortcut plugin to reassign pan.
