Hole command issue

Hello,

having an issue with the hole command, when I select multiple locations for holes from a sketch the holes do not properly compute, there is a thin layer on top remaining. When I do a single hole using 'at point' there is no issue and the hole properly computes.

I sometimes have this issue too with extrude/cutting sketch gemeometry, a thin layer is remaining.
