High Resolution Render Issue

I generated a washer in Fusion 360.  When I generate the STL file in high resolution, it has an open triangle in the lower part of the washer.  This appears in Fusion 360 when it displays the rendered object.  The STL output file appears correct.

Windows 10 (19042)

"A unique 'Feature'"?

I ran an analysis and I see a water-tight mesh. Are you having trouble printing it or using it in another product?

The issue is the rendered display in Fusion 360 just before I create the
STL file.  I have a HD display on my HP ZBook I7 laptop (1920 x
1080).  The rendered STL displayed by Fusion 360 has an large open
triangle displayed.  The generated STL has no issues.
