Hidden timeline in fullscreen mode

Hello,

I 'd like to report a problem I observed recently.

When I go into fullscreen mode the timeline hides in a half behind the main workspace. I use a 4K display with Geforce GTX 1070.

If anybody have a solution or any info I'll appreciate for it.

As far as I know full screen has never worked properly.
