Hidden Sketch Dimensions and Constraints reappearing when altering sketch

While working with a 2d sketch, I have hidden the sketch dimensions and constraints. However, whenever deleting or even just selecting a sketch feature, some of them reappear. Please see the linked Screencast for further information.
