hi after the latest update im facing 360 crashes

when editing a sketch making a simple circle or lines or cutting the 360 crash

this is the first time i notice this bad experience with this great tool . 

mu fusion360 version is 2.0.9006

attaching the diagnostic files .

Welcome to the Fusion 360 community!

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are facing. 

 

  • Does the crash occur with all of your models or only with a specific file?
  • Can you share the email associated with your account?
    It can help me check crash error reports sent to us from your end. Please feel free to send it to me over a direct message if you are not comfortable sharing it here on the forum thread.

thank you for the support . 

 

im tryng to reproduce the error on otner models and i can't say that occours on all models . 

for sure i can reproduce the error on the model im working on ( a simple 2d sketch for laser cut)

attaching the video capture

Hi Massimo, thanks for sharing the email and the video. 
Unfortunately I don't see any crash error reports from the email you shared. 

  • Do you get a crash error report dialogue when you face the crash?
    If yes, then please click on send report whenever you see it. It sends important information related to crash to us for investigation.
    It looks something like this:

  • As you mentioned, you can consistently reproduce the crash for a specific file - Can you share that file with me to reproduce the crash at my end?

hello when the error occour fusion360 become unreponsive in a deadlock i can wait for hours , the only option i have is to kill the process , no way to get the crash report window .

Unfortunately, me and few of my colleagues are unable to reproduce the crash you showed with this file.

Can you please confirm your Fusion version again? Is it 2.0.9006?
We had fixed a sketch related crash in 2.0.9006 update.

Also, can you share latest logs (please collect them immediately after a crash has happened)?

hi thank you for the effort .

attaching the last logs , i was able to get the logs after killing the fusion360 (the only way i have )

i confirm the version :

version 2.0.9006 - Windows 10 (19041)

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

I am finally able to reproduce the hang using a windows 10 machine!
It did not face the issue on Mac surprisingly. 

I will log a ticket for the development team to investigate. Prima Facie, it seems like a file specific problem.
