I am trying to round over the top edge of this form. I have tried using fillet and I have tried using sweep with a half circle. My problem is that when I run into the  angled edges I don't know how to cut off the excess.  If there Screen Shot 2021-05-10 at 12.16.14 PM.pngmay be another way to do it entirely. I would appreciate help.

This should be a job for Full-Round Fillet, but even with some changes, I'm not able to make it work the way I think it should.  I'll send this to the owners of that feature to see what's going on...

I had to do a little work here - had to delete some faces, which then meant I had to re-shell the solid, then had to add some fillets on the sharp edges.  I'm not sure this is what you are after, but it is getting closer, I think.  In order for the full-round fillet to flow around the whole shape, it needs tangent "side faces".

It is close.  Was trying to get the indents a little more angular than rounded.  The photo is an example of what I was talking about earlier about trying to get two intersecting sweeps trimmed.  I don't know if that's possible.Screen Shot 2021-05-10 at 2.32.23 PM.png

Before we spend too much time on this, are these the intended dimensions ?

Thank you. I posted a picture of what I was trying to achieve keeping the acute angles.

I figured out how to do it. It was laborious but it worked. I took each individual curved section cut them from the main body and then did a full round fillet then reassembled the design.
