Help with Education License

I have an education license for Fusion 360 but in the software, it suddenly displayed that the access is expiring even though it was renewed in January 2021. When I logged onto the website it displayed the message:

"Your educational access to Autodesk products is valid through Invalid Date."

I am not able to submit documents for re-verification or get a detailed description of the issue. Can someone assist me with this?

Most of the time this hint is only temporary and without consequences. However, if you are then ultimately asked, you can still react. Your data will not be lost.
