My daughter is trying to sign up for a Fusion 360 free trial, however she signed up with her nick name and her verification document is her student ID, which has her given name - this locked the account. She requested to close the account to start over, but then received information that she could not sign up for another account for 90 days. Does anyone have any advice for us about how to change her name to her given name on her original account so that it matches the verification document; without waiting the 90 days to start over? thanks
