Hello @Anonymous,

 

thanks for posting. You mentioned in the private message that you need help with the following: "sloping flat surfaces, inserting premade 3d drawings and adding textures". Here are some useful links.

 

To apply a draft angle to a specified planar face, the Modify -> Draft feature in the model work space can be used. Further instructions can be found here: Apply draft to a solid body

This knowledge article: How to import or open a file in Autodesk Fusion 360 describes how to import a file, including how to insert:
- a mesh body

- a DXF file

- a SVG file.

 

An instruction on how to apply appearances to components, bodies and faces can be found here: Apply appearances in your design.
