Help - CAM TRACE ISSUE

While using the trace function under 2D I am getting two different results and can't seem to fix it.

The issue: Tool center line is not on sketched centerline.

First picture below on left is tool is offset from centerline, the next pic is on centerline.

OFFSET.JPGON CENTER.JPG

I have one program that the same tool is directly on center of the sketched number. I have another program that it is offsetting to the side, and I am guessing it is offset similar like a contour pass, calculated for tool diameter and touching the side of the tool.

It should be noted that they are the same font using the same tool. I know someone is going to ask for the file but I cant, it's under NDA. 😞

If someone could point me in the direction where I am going wrong. Thank you for your time in advance, Respectfully, Sean

Can you create a non-NDA document that exhibits the same issue and attach it for diagnostic?  It is hard to guess without something to look at.

I totally understand. That is a good idea. Give me a few and I will see what
I can come up with.

The file should have attached. You will notice that the center point of the engraver, (ball engraver 0.020) is offset from the sketch/curve. Thank you for the help by the way.

I made one change under the Passes Tab which I think will take care of your issue.  Screencast will show this.  Model is attached with my change.
