Height stock problem, model height does not correspond with model

Hello,

I would like to make the height of my stock lower. Now it is 30mm but if I do it says: "height less than the height of the selected model" but the model is only 10mm. When I select part of the model or the whole model I can see that the yellow shape  is 30mm heigh. I don't understand why as the model is 10mm on it's maximum height. Is there a way I can change this so I can make the height of the stock lower? Now the machine will start milling at 30mm and this will unnecessarily take a lot of time.

(I added a screencast but I don't know if it is useful, it ran so slow, I don't know what I recorded)

Thanks,

Maud

Because you've selected the whole design all bodies are selected, not just the visible ones.
