Having trouble installing Fusion 360

Hello! I'm having problems when installing fusion 360, apparently there's an error going on and the name is "Errno 13" I already checked the possible problems and they're all ok on my computer so I don't know what could be the problem, if anyone could help me, I'll be grateful.

@Anonymous @Not sure what are the things that you already checked but here is an article talking about this error. 

a search of this error on the forums also has posts on how customers have solved this issue.

Thanks for your reply but that’s the site that I checked before and none of the problems were the cause

When the install fails it should show you a place where you can collect the log files. Can you post the log here?

This is what I get when I try to install, I tried checking “these known issues” but didn’t help.
