You need to remove the check mark for "Tangent Chain" when selecting your Faces to Emboss. You model is attached.

It worked on the file you sent. I am making a series of these, in varying sizes. When I adjust the dimensions on the front sketch to change the diameter of the revolve, now I can't seem to select the face again.....
I still see no issues. You must select the proper face with chaining off. Remember the sketch profile is there also, avoid it. Maybe using the Left Mouse click hold will help. I used this in the video. Model is attached.

I am not sure what I'm doing wrong.... Not sure how to add audio to the video (I had to figure out how to record just for this).....
And thank you for your patience, it is greatly appreciated.
You are not following the instructions I gave you in my first reply. You MUST take off the check mark for the selection of Face Chaining to select one face. The screen capture below is from your video and you can clearly see the Face Chaining check mark is still there. It must be un-checked to select only the front face. Look back at my first post at the scree capture.

Now that you have your solution, please select the "Accept Solution" icon to do three things. First it allows others to find a solution to a similar question, two, it closes the Forum post and last, it acknowledges that you accept the solution given. If you need further help, please ask. If you like to read why "Accept Solutions are important, take a look at this webpage.
