Having an error updating my education license.

I have tried numerous machines over the last two weeks and same error message appears.

Did you get an email to auto-renew? (I ask this question because I did and it was a trivially simple process.)

What does your account at http://manage.Autodesk.com show?

Tried auto renew and that gave the same error. Auto renew now not available. 

Error continues in multiple browsers.
