Have Active Subscription But Fusion 360 Says "Expired Subscription - Read Only"

Hi Autodesk, I hope you have a nice 2020 week of rest, and hopefully can take a look at this before shutting down 🙂

I'm a current resident out of SF.  Fusion 360 v2.0.9512, MacOS 10.13.6 Was working then stopped recognizing my subscription a few weeks ago.  Sub is valid until 9-2023.  Attached are some screenshots.  I'm reachable here and on slack.

Many thanks!

Rob

Sorry to hear this is not working. Can you please send me via email your account information? I'll just need the email you use to log into Fusion 360. Please send info to guillermo.melantoni@autodesk.com

I'd like to make sure you get things running before the week of rest.

Thanks for the super fast reply Guillermo!  You and a couple folks have been in contact and I have faith it will be sorted out sometime soon, but not necessarily today or before the W.o.R. which is fine too.  Talk in 2021 🙂

Hello, I'm having the same issue, I have an educational license that will expire in 11 months, but Fusion says "Expired: Subscribe Now'.
I tried clearing cache, deleting the Web Services folder, logging out and logging in, uninstalling and reinstalling.

It looks like a problem on your end, may I send my information as well?

Thanks

I'm having the same issue. I've logged out/in, restarted the app and my Mac, cleared cache, clean uninstall/install. I've renewed my educational license for another year.

There is still no fix for this? what other app can I use?

Hello, I am having the same issue on an educational account.  I have tried all the same things as previous posters and I still see the expired subscription warning.

Hi I am having the same issue with an educational license. My license is active, and expires September 14, 2023, but in Fusion360 it says that it is expired.

Even though this article is not specifically written for Fusion 360, the process may help resolve your issue.  Select your operating system and follow the instructions.  Make sure the Fusion 360 application is not running when you follow the process.  At the end, you will need to log in to Fusion 360 using your current Autodesk ID and password.
