Hang problem and open problem

Steps to reproduce
Fusion doesn't run in my laptop, it gets stuck, it hangs in the middle of work, today very important file got crumpled, you are requested to correct it and speed it up.

Expected results
Running fast, dont stuck ,and open in one click software
