Grey screen in animation window. Can't see models

Hi,

Windows 10 PC.

After the latest update Fusion 360 loads up showing the normal menu icons but with a dark grey workspace. The origin is not visible and neither is any of the model (yes it is selected visible and active).

If I select the model it appears as a blue see through object but disappears if nothing is selected.

I have 'repaired Fusion 360'. No change

I have uninstalled then reinstalled Fusion 360. No change.

Any help appreciated.

Cheers,

James.

I have the same problem, unable to see models in design workspace. This has happened since last update. All drivers are up to date and I have even tried selecting Direct X11 in the Preferences/Graphics section in Fusion 360. I have re-booted my system many times but to no avail. Can someone from support please help. I am currently unable to use Fusion 360.

Take at look at message 6 in this post.  Easy to try and probably your solution.  Set your graphics to DirectX 11 and restart Fusion 360.

Brilliant. Thanks that was indeed the problem.

I went to preferences and changed the graphics driver from open GL to Direct x 11. Not sure why it had defaulted to open GL though...

Cheers,

James.

FYI. This problem has been fixed on the latest update(2.0.13881). Please update Fusion 360 to latest version.
