Graphics Card for Laptop - What is recommended

I have installed on my laptop the Fusion 360 personal edition. Using Firefox. Click on app in menu for Fusion 360.
Very slow to load 20 mins and still not loaded.

Do I need to change graphics card or increase processing power or use a different browser? Your ideas would b appreciated. Thanks.

It seems my laptop, Gateway not up to it and I will need to upgrade graphics card, I think. Came up with a message working too slow and could not load the 360 home page correctly. Only got to the background squares and not tabs etc
