Google Chrome single tab crash...new bug?

Good afternoon, all.
I noticed after the last update a new bug, though it may not be new (nor a problem from the last update), just new to me.
If I have Google Chrome open, just on a regular webpage, and I start F360, just as the F360 interface finishes loading it kills a tab in Chrome. Now if I just have a single tab open in Chrome, the browser shuts down (expected behavior when you close the only open tab in Chrome). However, when I have two or more tabs open, just one of the tabs will close...odd, eh?!
This is consistently reproducible, regardless on what else I have running at the time, and I haven't noticed this with Chrome and any other software. Chrome starts up and functions as expected afterwards.
Event viewer shows no errors at all for either software, so Windows doesn't consider it a forced event. This was happening before and after the latest Windows update.
Pretty sure I've had a couple of Chrome updates since noticing this issue, but don't quote me on that!
