Go back to personal license after paying for a few years

How do I get a personal license again?

I paid for 2 years to play around with my Shapeoko and tool changes, but it's just too expensive now. I'll export my operations separately and just deal with running multiple jobs.

I went to the page where you enter your email for a personal license, and it said it's activated, but nothing happens. Waiting a day, F360 still reports Expired.

I will assume that your Fusion 360 Subscription License has expired.  You say you have applied for a Personal License, did you use the same Autodesk ID for the Personal License application that you used when you had the Subscription?  If so, it may be a Cached User ID problem.  Get out of Fusion 360, make sure it is not running. Use this page to find the LoginState.xml file, change the file extension to BAK.  Start Fusion 360 and login using the Autodesk ID you used to apply for your Fusion 360 Personal license.  During this process a new LoginState.xml file will be generated which I hope will take care of your issue.

If you have Fusion 360 installed, the folder and file have to exist.  You probably failed to read this sentence from the webpage I sent you.

By the way, do not use external file links to attach screen captures, use the icon on your Forum post to attach them as I do.

Why don't we start with the folder which will be easily accessible using the link they provide:

As I mentioned, if you have Fusion 360 installed on your computer, this folder exists and the file is in it.  Here is a screen capture of mine.  If you do not see it, then I would suggest your download the installation streamer, from your Autodesk Account, and install it again.

Hi John - as you can see, the folder doesn't exist on my computer.

I've uninstalled and re-installed, and now the personal license is working at least.
