Hello

Thank you for posting. Is this happening all the time? or you encountered it once?

I think this is causing because of a network error. But for now, Would you please try restarting the software again by "Run as administrator"?

Let us know what happens next

Hi, I am also having this problem, I have already reinstalled Fusion running Fusion 360 Cleaner before reinstalling, I know the toolbar is there because I can see the tooltips.

I don't know what else to do.

There are a couple of other threads with this problem. One workaround someone found was to go to preferences and change the language. Not a good workaround but might get you working until AutoDesk figure this out!

Seems AutoDesk have a workaround to try, see this post.
