Getting message "Not connected to internet"

My fusion 360 takes a longer time to start. It is unable to connect to Internet and shows that it is running offline.
The network diagnostics in Service Utilities clears the test. This problem has cropped up after the latest SIGN IN update of fusion 360.
After the update, I could no start Fusion 360. But after a removal and reinstallation of the software, at least I am able to reach home screen.
I have attached the screenshot in which the network diagnostics clears the test. But Job status (Clock symbol on top right of screen) has a red dot. It says working offline if I click it.
