Getting error trying to create 11th project

I am getting the error below when trying to create an 11th project. The about dialog suggests that I am correctly logged in.

change  projects from editable to read only

This is a paid account, there shouldn't be any limit on the number of projects I can create.

Apparently, I have to create a team in order to do this. Looks like the personal area is limited to 10 projects. I was able to do this from within the Fusion 360 app, in the upper left corner. None of the other help pages I've found gave useful or correct answers. I still need to figure out how to move my projects onto this team, but for now, I am able to continue working.

Transfer projects from your Single-User Storage is easy.  Go to this site and follow the steps.  If you need a video, I can supply one.
