I have a student subscription and am designing some thing that I may be using for a while... ( certainly passed 30 days) and I want to use the Geometric Pattering tool to cut holes as if it was a window screen to cover a underlined structure. ( Like wrapping a Ladder in a window screen would be a simple way of doing it) Here is the question... The use of the geometric patterning tool (CREATE>/PATTERN>/GEOMETRIC PATTERN) comes on with a 30 day trial... then I am hearing a fee to use it.... because I will need to use it longer is there a work around this or another way to cut holes or make a screen type on extruded sketches???
