Geometric pattern + section analysis = brick

When I use section analysis after having used the geometric pattern tool, even when the bodies with geometric patterns are hidden, my computer slows down to an absolute crawl.   Every time I try to do something, I have to wait for my computer to catch up, sometimes for as long as 10 minutes.  It's rather annoying.  Sometimes Fusion outright crashes.

If there's anything you can do to improve this performance, I'd appreciate.

This sounds like a bug or at least unintended behavior. If you can provide a model and perhaps record a screencast, that would help get a ticket issued.
