Generative design study stuck

I am running a generative design study for a university project, it has been stuck at around 5% for almost 24 hours now. It is for a time-sensitive project if anyone could suggest a solution that would be much appreciated.

As a student, there is a limit of solving 2 concurrent generative studies. Given the image you show, it is possible that you have other generative studies already running and this job is sitting in the queue. If that is not the case, please send me the email and username you are using when submitting these jobs and I will review our compute servers to see what is happening. I already looked for the username you are using in this thread and could not find the jobs.
