I've had a few different versions of this problem where my generative designs are either stuck, or seem to stop well short of possible optimization ending with a very heavy model with a very high safety factor. This time it literally just stalled on iteration 10 and I cannot cancel out to start a new one. The place where it stalled is at the same point it was at last night when I put my computer to sleep, which I thought would not affect it since the processing is happening on the cloud. I've seen others post here and it seems like this needs some kind of intervention by the support team on the server, hoping to get some help so I can keep working. Posting diagnostic log here in case it is helpful.
