Generative Design Study not solving - Stuck at 5%

Hello 

I am new to generative design and I am trying to solve a simple generative study but it has been almost 5 hours and it is still stuck at 5%. I have made sure my geometry is valid. I have no knife edges or interference in setup. I have got the file from a Coursera course taught by Matt Perez and I tried to solve this problem on two different computers but I have faced the same problem. It never completes. Can anything be done about it?

Is it possible to attach the f3d file? The progress of 5% is not directly indicative of how much is exactly done in terms of the solve progress. 

Is Pre-check giving any errors? Generate Details command showing any errors?
