Generative design study is not permitted on educational(.edu) account) with unlimited cloud credits

I am having trouble finding solution for running generative design study for fusion 360 as the prompt on screen says that generative design study is not permitted on the account.The account is based on my university mail i.e it has .edu domain and i do have unlimited cloud credits aswell but unfortunately for some reason generative design study is not allowed.Please look at the image attached.A quick reply will be much appreciated.

 leowarren34 thanks for your quick reply.I had however posted this issue on the forum on the direction of chat i had with an autodesk agent on educational support online chat.Also with regards to the second link you shared i do have a valid educational license with .edu domain and unlimited cloud credits but design study is not permitted on my account,i mean i cannot run the generative design study .Kindly look into the matter again.

following lines are taken from the second link you shared as an acceptable solution on that page.

A valid educational license of Fusion 360.

•  The email used to login to Fusion must be a valid school domain email, e.g. "@school.edu"
