Generative design stuck

Hello this is my problem with generative design

So far the generative design has worked for me and but now I'm stuck at 5% for a few hours. I had cancelled generative design a couple of times before this happened to me. It happened after I was waiting for the mesh and design to be generated from the results of the generative design however I cancelled this study while the mesh and design generation was running. Can you please look into this and help me? I am a student and have a student license. If possible as soon as possible because I need to work with this in school.

So this is picture of my problem. I have been stuck in generative design probably because of this. How can i cancel these operations?
