I don't know why it is happening but the robotic arm (only one part) I submitted for generative design is not progressing after 5%. I need a quick fix/solution as it's urgent.

Hello @19-ME-97

Some conditions of Generative Design configurations can define the necessary time for the generation of components on your practical experiment.

First point - The resolution of the experiment that you can configure in the box (study settings).

Take these processes into account so you can speed up your experiment!

Hi @19-ME-97
As Lucas mentioned above if you change the resolution settings to 'coarse' you will get results much quicker. Are you using some advanced features like inertial relief? I recommend checking also pre-check warnings and running Previewer before you submit a job. If this doesn't help please share your project so we could investigate what is happening.

@19-ME-97 -

Another potential scenario you are running into could be related to your entitlement type and the number of jobs you have submitted. If you are a student, you can only run 2 jobs concurrently, so if you have submitted a large number of jobs the previous day or in a different design file, you will have to wait until some of those finish. If you like, if you share your AutodeskID, either here or in a direct message to me, I can look at the status of your jobs in our backend. Also, if you want to provide a share link to the model, I can also review your setup.

Thanks,

Mike Smell
