Generative design failed to complete the outcome generation

Dear members of Fusion 360 Support:

I am working with a generative design and I am keep getting a message error telling me that Fusion 360 encountered a problem and failed to generate the outcome generation. ? Could you please help me to identify what is the problem? Thank you so much for your attention.

I am not sure when you first tried to run this file, but we were impacted by an AWS outage late last week, so that may have something to do with this. There is something strange about the file, as I did see a failure when trying to solve it, however, the Previewer worked. I did a file save as on this file again to see if something was corrupt in the file, and it solved fine after that. Can you try a file>save as operation and give it a new name and try to solve it again? I have asked our development team to take a closer look at the file to see if something was corrupted. Please let me know if this does not fix your issue.

hey I am having the same issue although I am not quite sure how you can save the file as something else as well as move the generated designs with the change in file name? are you suggesting to change the file name then regenerate the design? any help would be great thanks
