Generative Design Fail

Hi, I have been running generative design with student license with no issues for the last few eeeks. All of a sudden my studies fail with the log: 

test study v1: Generative Model 1 - Study 1 - Structural Component

Document is being uploaded to cloud storage. Cloud job is pending.
Scheduling job.
Error: Failed to start Generative solve.

I have followed all of the tips on the website wth no luck whatsoever, and the issue is urgent as i need the study for a university project
