Fusion360 loads the wrong scale

When I open an STL file into Fusion360, the object gets blown up many times.  In the attached drawing, the inner circle is supposed to be 0.625 in.  Instead, Fusion360 measures the inner circle as 4.64 in.  Fusion360 does this sort of thing on every STL file I import, making Fusion360 totally worthless.

the STL format has no units capability.  You have to know what the units are.  If you use the Insert Mesh command, you can tell Fusion what units to use to interpret the mesh data.

R.625 in or Ø.625 in?

More complete information is needed.

Who created the original stl file?

What units did they use?

What software did they use?
